On Messianic Judaism

Listen to On Messianic Judaism with Dr Daniel Nessim. In this podcast we will discuss the history of Messianic Judaism, with occasional forays into matters of theology and philosophy. From time to time we also intend to feature interviews with Messianic Jewish leaders.

History is important. In order to understand how we got to where we are, we need to know where we came from. While history may not repeat itself, as the saying often attributed to Mark Twain says, “it rhymes.” That is also why history is important to put our present in context.

Messianic Jews have a heritage. A nascent Messianic Judaism in the first century gave way to centuries of repression of Jews that made its continuance impossible. Since the 1890s a Re-nascent Messianic Judaism has established itself, particularly flourishing before the Shoah and since the cultural revolution of the 1960s.

Join me on this journey through the history of Messianic Judaism that appropriately views it as part of Jewish history. It is the history of those that dared. Join us. Click here.
